Ex-marine… biologist, film editing assistant, professional photographer, teacher and writer. I have always been passionate about health, wellbeing and nurturing others.
After training with the Jing Institute in Brighton and the London School of Massage, I now work as a massage therapist, specialising in deep tissue treatment, which combines hands-on expertise with calm and grounding energy
My intention is to make each session a deeply restorative experience for my clients, thereby promoting their natural healing process. Continually learning about health, I am currently fascinated by poly vagal theory in relation to chronic pain and functional patterns in relation to fascia release
In my free time, I like to explore the wild places of North Wales and cook delicious meals for myself and friends
